This 2pc set features a high quality 18/8 stainless steel upper food platter that rests on top of thick acrylic bottom ice tray.  Place cubed or crushed ice in the bottom tray and position the upper food tray above, pushing down so good contact is made with the ice.

The lower tray can be used alone without ice as a beautiful 3 compartment serving tray.
