The Valley Arbors are made with a technologically superior compound comprised of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), titanium dioxide (TiO2) and impact modifiers.  While some PVC products are flexible, the compound we use is considered "rigid" and is chemically formulated to be the best for outdoor durability and color endurance. TiO2 is added to our vinyl compound as a bleaching agent and sun block for our products. It is a vital element of the manufacturing process that makes our products so durable and fade resistant. Impact modifiers are added to make our products resistant to all sorts of weather and rugged outdoor conditions. We include impact modifiers to make the vinyl just flexible enough to resist impact but strong enough to defy sagging or bowing.
