Are These Fireplaces Safe To Use Indoors?

Yes the Anywhere Fireplace TM can be used anywhere indoors as long as the wall models are mounted according to directions.  Floor and stand models are safe to place on carpeting.  All models should be positioned at least 3' from any flammable materials.

How Should I Care For and Clean My Stainless Steel Fireplace?

You can easily clean your stainless steel fireplace by using an ordinary standard stainless steel spray cleaner found in your local supermarket or hardware store along with a soft cloth to wipe it down.  

Will The Fireplace Give Off Heat?

While the flame provided by burning the liquid bio-ethanol fuel for fireplaces is decorative and beautiful, it also is efficient in providing heat.  Due to the ventless nature of the fireplaces themselves, no heat is lost up a flu or vent.  Depending upon the size of the fireplace and opening of the fuel tray, it will produce up to 13,000 BTU or 3.5Kw/H of heating energy.  This is enough energy to heat approximately 375 sq ft of living space.

Are The Fire Emissions Harmful to Humans or Pets?

OZOFire TM burns clean without emitting any harmful toxins into the air, with only harmless water vapor produced as a byproduct and a small amount of Carbon Dioxide.  If you do not use OZOFire as your fuel, make sure you ONLY use liquid bio-ethnol fuel for fireplaces, as any other kind of fuel can emit harmful toxins or be unsafe.

On What Kind of Wall Can I Mount My Fireplace Onto?

For the wall mount models, only mount them on sturdy, flat vertical wall surface.  You can mount it against brick, drywall, stone, tile and wallpapered walls.  Do not mount it on any wall with a fabric or cloth covering.  Make sure the provided spacers are screwed onto the back side of the fireplace so the fireplace as directed is not directly against the wall.

How Do I Add Fuel To A Bio-Ethanol Fireplace?

• Always follow the fueling instructions provided by the manufacturer of the fireplace you purchased.
• DO NOT add fuel to a fireplace that is already burning or Hot.
• Extinguish flame and let unit cool to a point where it is only warm to the touch before adding more fuel.
• DO NOT allow children to refuel the Fireplace
• If fuel spills clean up immediately and thoroughly 
• Add fuel via the fill hole provided, for trough fireplaces that do not have a separate fill hole, pour fuel into the trough directly.  DO NOT OVERFILL.

Can I Purchase More Fuel?

Yes, Home and Patio Decor Center sells both the Liquid and Gel Bio-Ethanol Fuel in 1 quart containers by the case of six or twelve on our site, so there is no need to worry about getting more fuel for your fireplace.
